Amazing App


As soon as you open the app it has such a calming effect
with the background music and colours. There's so many
activities and features all in one place which makes it so
easy and fun to use. It instantly calms me down when I'm
starting to feel anxious and puts me in such a better
mindset. I never really do meditation or mindful thinking but
I've been using it on the app and it's life changing.

I honestly could not be happier with the app and would
recommend it to anyone. Chloe and Molly, you should be so
proud of yourself! I can't wait to use this app everyday!

I find it really hard to meditate because I'm either feeling
lazy or impatient! Much the same as trying to keep
physically fit! This app helps me keep mentally fit by offering
meditation, mindfulness, helpful activities and more! I love
the large variety of short, quick and fun tasks as well as
having options for longer meditation. I love the variety of
teachers, the concept of adding flowers to your free and the
visual and audio effects.

My 14 month old son joins in on many of the tasks too which
is really fun and cute. This app is suitable for many people
young and old! I always feel amazing after using this app.
